Could you please give me suggestions on how to detect DYRK1A by WB?

I have been trying to detect DYRK1A in 293 cell lysates by Western Blotting but I cannot get any clear bands. I am using DYRK1A/B Antibody - #DF10329. I haven't tried to heat shock the cells but I have tried starving the cells.
