One can use CCWorldWeatherGen (https://energy.soton.ac.uk/climate-change-world-weather-file-generator-for-world-wide-weather-data-ccworldweathergen/) to generate future EPW files for 2050 or 2080. It uses the morphing technique on the HADCM3 climate model. The only problem with it is that you only can get the file in the EPW format, and it is not open-source.

You can use Meteonorm or WeatherShift to obtain weather files based on AR5 climate change scenarios.

As a climate system engineer. I'd recommend using the CORDEX data, but notice they are climate data, and it is different from weather data. However, you can downscale the data, and write a machine-learning algorithm to predict weather data. Good luck!

I think the link in their manual (http://blog.soton.ac.uk/serg/files/2013/06/manual_weather_tool1.pdf) is outdated. But, you should follow the rest of the process from their manual to download the files, rename them, etc.
