When I tried to make a factor analysis for Internet survey for the ranking items (questions) 1-3 on SPSS version 22, the following warning message came up and I cannot carry on (I also attach the data output).
""There are fewer than two cases, at least one of the variables has zero variance, there is only one variable in the analysis, or correlation coefficients could not be computed for all pairs of variables. No further statistics will be computed."
Because the data shows only the answers of the rank 1-3? Can I use the factor analysis for ranking 1-3 items?
If you give me your view and advise what I should do for the items, it will be a great help.
