Could you give advice or help cultivating Giardia lablia on liquid media?

We have some stool samples that are positive with the Giardia Lablia PCR test. Could you help to isolate a strain of Giaria lablia on liquid media? I will thankful for any information.

Methods for obtaining the culture of Giardia are described in detail in two of our publications
