Could we use a gray theory method for non numerical data?

I have a 10 parameter data with 4 (four) type of data, Ordinal, cardinal, ratio and interval data. I want to rank them using all parameters. Usually I used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, yet, Now I want to use Grey Theory Method. Could you help to use the method in such data. Thank You.
