So far i haven´t found a single paper in which they grow the breast cancer cell line HCC1954 in other medium besides RPMI-1640. I wish to know if any of you have already try growing this cell line in MEM or DMEM media and if you had success or not.

It SHOULD work. In general, media formulations all have the same basic stuff in them, just in different amounts. And most cancer cell lines in particular are robust enough to grow in just about anything to some extent. You might see some phenotype changes upon switching media, but they shouldn't all just die on you. And it's a quick enough experiment to run in any case - just passage the cells, culture in either media back to back, and see what happens.
