Like Langmuir model of adsorption, which has been used for both liquid and gas adsorption, can we use BET model for liquid adsorption?
Yes for sure!

BET model applies to multilayer liquid adsorption. Other models representing the same also apply. You can find examples in the attached paper: you may especially read the discussion of the subsection 3.2.1.2 and see Table 5.
