Could be the selectivity index calculate only with a % cell inhibition data and without ic50?

I have a citotoxicity screening by MTT method of my compounds. The data reveals only the % cell inhibtion of the compounds at three different concentrations in three cancer cell lines and one normal cell line without IC50 values. Would be possible calculate the selectivity index (SI) with this data? Please, any reference which supports this possibility would be helpfull.
