You can easily do it by using ORIGIN software.

Normally, what I did is to save the PXRD data in ".csv" formate, which can be easily processed by Excel or Origin. You may also have that option on your machine, please check up.

Try to search the option to import the data in your software, in some cases you can use the txt extension, or just try to select and copy the data.
