Dear Najmeh,

I believe that there is no difference between fetal and maternal cell free DNA which help you to concentrate only the fetal one. The methods which are available give you the ability to concentrate the cell free DNA from the maternal plasma and as a result you will concentrate both maternal and fetal cell free DNA. I suggest you to use QIamp Circulating Nucleic Acid Kit by QIAGEN. The kit is very efficient for extraction of cell free nucleic acid from plasma.
