For 30nm gold particles use 3ug IgG per 1 optical density unit. 25mM borate buffer, pH 8.5 should be sufficient. For 1ml of 1 optical density gold in deionised water add 3ug of the antibody in 0.1mL borate buffer. Mix for 30-60 minutes at room temperature then add 0.1mL of 50mg/mL bovine serum albumin to block the gold conjugate.
