Hi,
I had submitted 2 batches of two different pathogenic gene sequences into NCBI Gen Bank. I got accession number for one batch but the other batch sequences are not getting rejected repeatedly due to frameshifts. I had followed NCBI YouTube tutorials for GenBank submission. Could anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? Can I submit my sequences as' unverified'?

Dear .........:
Thank you for your resubmissions in:
BankIt2122282 : (8)
However, we are still not able to accept your records in their current format as all of them still have frameshifts.
There are three options:
[1] You can resubmit with fully corrected sequences and/or annotation. However, please note that if we continue to receive submissions with problems, either option [2] or [3] must be chosen instead.
[2] If you are unable to resolve the problems with your submission(s), the only way we can accept them is to annotate as "unverified".
The following note will be included in the COMMENT field(s):
COMMENT GenBank staff is unable to verify sequence and/or annotation provided by the submitter.
In addition, the relevant information will be removed and the file will indicate that the data are unverified. Sequences flagged as unverified will not be included in NCBI BLAST databases.
[3] We can delete these submissions and you can resubmit at a later date. This will allow you time for further analysis of your sequence data and annotation. Please review the submission guidelines at:
