Hi,
I am planning to start an animal experiment investigating time course of neurometabolic cascade post mild TBI (traumatic brain injury).
The problematic part is the animal model. Unfortunately, I could not establish any collaboration with someone working on relevant animal model. So, I am thinking of doing it myself.
Two questions:
i) Could someone foresee why I may not be able to do myself?
I have experience with handling mice and I am also good at handling precision instrumentation. Additionally, I have colleagues good expertise in intervention study using rats/mice.
ii) Considering there are quite a few instruments on sale, could someone please summarize the capabilities/features of a couple of widely used instruments?
