Many scales for coping exist. But which one to choose seems to be quite obscure, at least for me. Moreover, I have found one which measures meaning-focused coping, but maybe other scales exist. Thank you for your lights in advance!
Any of the important assignment or professional responsibility or for our individual creation of our various hobbies in areas of Literature,painting,Fine arts,music & such related areas ,that human beings have to under go stress . Stress is a mental attitude expecting a positive successful result of our action which we are sometime contemplating without even starting our working action.
Stress is creative ,mental attitude of our mind & this very often takes recourse to mental worries ,& frustration in our working areas .Stress can be avoided only with our mental attitude with our Faith ,& Willpower we all have to accept the challenge of the life. This will not to reduce the stress but if may help to reduce totally by controlling our mind & if inspiration come to us we may also to take recourse to power of prayer,Meditation & Breathing .
