Convert pLKO shRNA to mir30 based shRNA?

I want to clone shRNAs designed for pLKO.1 into the mir30 based vector pinducer10. Can I still maintain the 21-mer and short loop of the pLKO.1-based shRNA or do I need to design new shRNA with the mir30-based loop?
