Do anyone knows how much water do we need to dissolve Poly (deoxyionsinic-deoxycytidylic) acid sodium salt (dIdC)?
From the bottle, it just mentioned there is 11.5units/vial; 10 A260 units/mg solid

I am not an expert here, but my understanding is as follows:-
The specification for this product is batch specific. I understand that there are approximately 13 units/mg.
Therefore if we divide 11.5 units/vial by 13, we have 0.885 mg. Thus one vial contains approximately 0.885 mg.

My understanding is that Poly(2′-deoxyinosinic-2′-deoxycytidylic acid) sodium salt or (Poly(dI-dC) sodium salt), is a double stranded alternating copolymer, prepared from pure deoxyinosine triphosphate and deoxycytidine triphosphate.
Typical polymer sizes range from 550 base pairs to 5,000 base pairs, but are generally between 1,200 and 3,000 base pairs in length.
Hence it is difficult to specify molecular weight. So for this reason, activity, rather molarity is described.
