Dear Ade, thanks for the reply. May I know what is the molecular weight or molarity of this product? I went to sigma website but I could not able to understand
My understanding is that Poly(2′-deoxyinosinic-2′-deoxycytidylic acid) sodium salt or (Poly(dI-dC) sodium salt), is a double stranded alternating copolymer, prepared from pure deoxyinosine triphosphate and deoxycytidine triphosphate.
Typical polymer sizes range from 550 base pairs to 5,000 base pairs, but are generally between 1,200 and 3,000 base pairs in length.
Hence it is difficult to specify molecular weight. So for this reason, activity, rather molarity is described.
