Hi there,

In my lab we have a microscope we use for cell culture (its inverted) and it would be convenient to print out images we take under the microscope to stick in my lab book. There is one microscope which has the printer built in (FLOID imaging system by EVOS) but it's extremely expensive for what it is and our current microscope is better.

Since the microscope has a USB connection I think if I could find a printer that automatically prints what is on the screen of the computer its connected to (in this case the microscope) this might work as long as you could direct it to print from the printer and not need to use the microscope interface (the microscope does not have any print button).

Has anyone done this or anything similar? Thanks in advance!
