Hi everyone,

I am currently testing protocols for applying a FITC-conjugated PET ligand for the mitochondrial protein TSPO on human FFPE brain tissue. I'm not having much luck and I don't know where to go with the optimisation. I have tried various molar concentrations (0.1nM, 1nM, 1uM, 20uM) both with and without antigen retrieval methods (Citrate and EDTA) and there is no staining. Is this type of staining possible?
