I prepared nano particle solution at a concentration of 1 g in 100 ml of autoclaved water and added 25 microlitre to 100 microlitre of cell culture (5 x 10^3 cells ) . What is the acceptable way to write the concentration when writing a research article?
You can mention as mg/ml. In your case, it is 2 mg/ml. For more details check the materials and methods section of the following article.

You could describe the method as you already did right here in your question and mention the final concentration:2 mg/mL (you started with 10 mg/mL and diluted 5 times with culture medium).

By prepare you mean, you took 1g of dry nanoparticles and suspended in 100ml of water?
You can use any concentrations units as long as you justify why your are using it and you are consistent with the use
If you are comparing with other studies, it would be wise to use same units as the others.
