COMSOL Multiphysics: How to delete damaged elements after Static Analysis to conduct the next analysis (e.g., Modal Analysis)?

Dear experts,

I am simulating the crack progressing in a concrete beam with the failure criteria for concrete (e.g., Ottosen) using COMSOL Multiphysics. The beam is loaded until some cracks are occurred. Next, I want to conduct the Modal Analysis of the damaged beam for which damaged concrete elements should be removed. Any suggestions for this problem?
