I currently own a Lyovapor L-30 system provided by Buchi. I own this system from 2020 until now still can't use this system effectively. Even though the sample was frozen, the system was still unable to dry the sample. Besides, the lowest recorded pressure of the system during operation is 15 mbar. With this pressure, our sample cannot be dried.

Contacting to solve technical problems in Vietnam is extremely difficult and difficult. We have tried to cooperate with Buchi representative in Vietnam but still can't fix the problem.

Looking forward to sharing the experience of colleagues, as well as troubleshooting this problem in the lyovapor-l30 system.
