Comparisons of the optics modeling package from MEBS vs. that from Lencova (EOD)?

Does anyone have experience in modeling STEM, in particular with multiple lenses, using the EOD software from Lencova? The MEBS package uses a second-order FEM method, which may be more accurate (but is 4-5x more expensive).
