Is it possible to by single layers of n-type graphene (commonly nitrogen-doped)?
I've been reviewing this issue in internet, and I find that certain companies (Sigma-Aldrich, etc) provide nitrogen-doped graphene flakes , but not in single (or few layer) format, like those produced by CVD. Do you have info about that possibility?
No I do not think that we have such a commercial thing . I haven't seen till now.We must fabricate this monolayer N-doped graphene by CVD or by well dispersion of the commercial multilayer N-doped graphene in lab.
I do not know if they sell graphene, but on Amazon you can find about all that you want to buy. If you can not find on Amazon, you can buy this on ebay

Search ebay for 'single layer graphene' please then talk to the person that sells the graphene and ask him if he has n-doped single layer graphene
