I am attempting to combine multiple biomarkers studied within blood samples using an immunoassay to identify potential combinations with an improved sensitivity/specificity in a ROC curve.
Could someone point at a relatively straightforward resource to perform such an analysis?

You can generate these plots using GraphPad Prism or MedCalc. Both are great software, however GraphPad Prism has more customization options.

Irwin I. Puc Thanks for your advise. However I am not looking to plot two curves within the same plot. I am attempting to combine values for 2 or more biomarkers and plot a combination plot. Subsequently I wish to compare this with the single markers to see if the combination is advantageous over the single marker.
you need to combine them by logistic regression and then use the prediction (or weighted sum from the regression) in your ROC curve - you can also try calibration of the predictions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_e85TDYj9Y - sorry for very late reply, hope you worked something out
