Does the DNS method for the analysis of reducing sugars shows the UV-Abs shift at 370 ?

We followed the NREL laboratory protocol to analyze reducing sugar after pretreatment of biomass via DNS method. But everytime we found the UV-Abs peak at 370 instead of 540nm.

Suggestions are welcome.
