I think that Handbook of Microwave Component Measurements by Joel P. Dunsmore gives a very good overview over all relevant topics. But If you want to go deeper I think you need a specialized book for every topic.

Max Medley Mcrowave Circuits Analysis, Design, Synthesis. Get LTspice free down load. Learn how to use it. Handles S parameters and noise for linear circuts. Start with SIMPLE MODELS, calculate your responese by hand and then input same to LTspice as a check. Start at low frequency, keep it simple then add complex parasitic as you move to 2 GHz and re calculate and get a handle on what is going on? Ask yourself.... do the results make sense? Wrong model....wrong answer!

The best way to model the high-frequency behavior of components, circuits, and systems is to use their corresponding S-parameter files. Then you can simulate each cascade and save the resulting S-parameter file or simulate the whole system. The first method is more flexible and doable - not all RF simulators can allow many S-parameter files simultaneously. If the S-parameter file was measured right, the accuracy should be about 0.05 dB.

It results in up to 0.1 dB overall accuracy of RF simulation.
