I am new in using comsol software and i begin with comsol heat transfer in fluids module in which i started with simulation of lyophilization process but at last step the error i found was inverted mesh and singularity is not reached. Can you help me sir?

@Vikas Garg - Try both types of mesh, ie physics and user controlled mesh. Meshing is an art - so we have to play with the mesh sizes to get an error free simulation
