As insulation materials are generally used in the pre melting or much safer temperatures, I am finding difficulty in getting data such as latent heat of fusion of any insulation materials. Can anybody provide me with the latent heat data of any insulation material, glass wool or rock wool?

Materials have the same specific latent heat (J/kg) whether they are spun as fibres or as a solid.
So the specific latent heat of glass wool is that same as the parent glass: 750 J/kg (ish).
I would say that Dr. Garry is correct, but in practice it would seem to be higher for the fibrous material because of the much lower rate of conduction. The edges of the material would not just melt but would continue to heat above the melting point before the inside would be heated to the melting point unless the heat source was done very slowly.

May I ask how are you measuring the latent heat?
It's quite difficult to insulate against such elevated temperatures, and as Mr Moore pointed out, you may well have signs of a melt being produced well before the rest of the specimen has warmed substantially.
I, personally, would look to the original glass from which the fibre is spun. In no way can the geometry of a material change its specific latent heat.
It's quite possible, and a very different question, that your insulator is melting when exposed to intense heat fluxes - this is both readily-modeled and expected.
