I am kind of new in fluent and I'm wondering if this is possible: I have a complexe geometry of a valve, that is supposed to be cleaned with a fluid, so I would like to check with Fluent if the fluid will well cover the whole inside of the valve ?

E.g. you could calculate (as a Fluent expression) the volume integral over the valve of the fluids volume fraction and compare to the (apriori known) volume of the valve. If the both values get close to each other, that should mean that the fluid is filling the whole inside of the valve. The volume to be checked could be limited with an [0,1] indicator function, i.e. value zero outside the valve to be checked, value 1 inside the valve volume to be checked.

I suppose the best procedure is to perform a transient two phase simulation.
Initially fill (patch) the whole valve with air phase. The you should inject the primary fluid (by starting the transient solution). Then you can track whether the whole initial amount of air is being escaped from the outlet boundary or not.
Since you want check fluid cover inside the pipe or not , you should use two phase simulation with VOF method. As the geometry of your simulation is too complex its better to use Steady Solver for initial guess and after that change the simulation to the transient to find out accurate result.
Make sure primary phase selected as air and secondary as water.
