Centrifugation between the number of laps and time??
The number of sessions per second can be compensated. Or the speed of the rotation. The duration of the centrifuge. I mean, could we double the number of revolution in order to gain access to Microzom's extraction, we need 150,000 rpm for 1/2h. Can we make up this number for 30,000 and lengthen the time to 1 hour????

You can't compensate between these two parameters time/speed of rotation because the organelles are depend on the speed not on the time only, each speed accumulate and make corresponding element to segregate
