I'll have to work with lung epithelial BEAS-2B cells and I need a help from experienced persons.

I compared protocols from SigmaAldrich and ATCC and there are still some points to clarify.

1. What is the full medium for growing BEAS-2B?

2. If I order Airway Epithelial Cell Basal Medium (PCS-300-030) and Bronchial Epithelial Cell Growth Kit (PCS-300-040) from ATCC, should I just mix them to use as cell culture medium?

2a. Do I understand right that in this case I have to buy BEBM/BEGM as well for flasks pre-treatment?

3. What is the difference between BEBM and BEGM? Are they interchangable as media for BEAS-2B cells?

4. What should I supplement BEBM/BEGM with?

5. What concentration of BSA is used to pre-coat the flasks? SigmaAldrich specifies 0.001 mg/ml and ATCC 0.01 mg/mL.
