Continuous conduction mode (CCM) of operation of PFC is dependent only on the design of input inductor. What are the other parameters which need to be consider for the design of PFC in CCM mode. Is the circuit topology plays any part.

The input inductor and frequency of switching together ensure CCM.
The duty cycle at which conduction becomes discontinuous, but I assume that you wish to ensure CCM regardless of the duty cycle. Hence this reply.
