Hello,

I ask about the availability of cavitation models in Fluent if the cavitation is due to change of volume in a closed domain (no inlets or outlets). The change of volume is due to the motion of walls.

As I see in Fluent help, cavitation models are suitable where pressure falls below the saturated vapor pressure for the fluid. However, is there any possibility to account for cavitation due change in volume ? In other words, formation/collapsing of bubbles in an extending/shrinking domain ?

Thank you in advance

Wael
