Stress is now understood as a lifestyle crisis that affects everyone regardless of their level of development. The only task students were expected to do was study, and studying was never perceived as stressful. This is especially true for part-time students who combine their studies with their work. The education system also contributes to part-time students feeling more stress. Causes include the grading system by semester, inadequate resources and facilities, the size of the curriculum, long hours, and the expectation of rote learning.

Competition in every areas have become the part of the modern age even in professional areas we find competition . We may said that there is cut throat competition in every areas & if we consider the movement part ,it is not possible for every person in their own professional / vocational a successful in their cradler.
Competition in the examination is natural as among the students they receive different opinion & feelings ,however student who desire to make a life in undergraduate program they have to make their own plan , method, of their study under the regular forum , in this line if such student make practice of their study behaviour , examination fear may turn out to be in success in their career .
Work life balance is imperative as a student whether undergraduate or postgraduate. Professional work life will always be stressful, but personal life choices will always need to be reviewed on an annual basis since stress will have an impact on well-being etc.
