Cas9-loaded VLPs. LentiX 293 T cells or Gesicle-producer 293 T cells?

Hi all,

I am trying to make Cas9-loaded VLPs.

Is there any difference between using Lenti-X 293 T cells or gesicle-producer 293 T cells? Could it affect VLP titer?

What is the main difference between these cells?
