Created model of steel caisson in space claim. Used a static structure for topology. But there's an error "one or more surfaces cannot be mashed with acceptable quality", " One or more entities failed to mash". How to solve, please help

You should study the mesh. There are different method given in FEM book. The simplest way , you can plot your criteria for example stress versus mesh size. From a point where your criteria does not change with the size of the mesh, that size is appropriate.
