no you cannot do that . You have to use Folch method. You can find many papers about this method.

please do not consider and trust these kinds of journals and you have to look for some reputed journals. it is right that is already published, but you have to know that your application will be recognized internationally and cited. my advice is to find a published paper in journal that has impact factor with thomson thomson reuters not something else.

Sushil Koirala butyrometer is calibrated thats why people use it for gerber test,if we use glass test tube then how do we measure fat from that?
