I'm looking for a human cancer cell line that grows in suspension and displays
high levels of EGFR on the surface.

Cells in culture usually lose EGFR amplification, however, some glioma stem cells in Stem Cell media maintain high levels of EGFR.
You can use A549 lung cancer also panc-1 pancreatic cancer cell line, they show high level of EGFR expression.

Take any of the EGFFR mutant lung cancer lines and grow them on low adherence dishes as floating clusters. They will adapt to suspension life in a short period
EGFR mutant cells such as H1975, HCC827, PC9, etc. have high levels of EGFR and also p-EGFR.
Jurkat cells are negative for EGFR. It is well documented in the literature and I've generated data myself to support that. Cells in suspension lose EGFR expression.
