Theoretically, it is possible to find some conditions, when the resin slices detach from the film. For example, it could be a gentle sonic treatment in warm water or something similar. But it will take lots of time to develop such a protocol, and it still won't be reliable. But why do you need it?
ok...your question was less than clear. Can you reuse grids ?...yes. This is routinely done in EM labs. Can you do this by cleaning off old sections while keeping the formvar film and carbon...No.
Don't believe me, spends years trying to achieve that than finding out how EM labs clean their grids, make new Formvar films and carbon coat them! You're the expert.
For reusing the answer is NO. The reason is simple - even if you will remove the slices, the film likely will be damaged/contaminated, thus you'll just spend your and TEM's time for nothing. But grids can be reused, just wash them with organic solvent (acetone, dichloroethene, etc), and then coat with formvar.
