We need to know your protocol to figure out if anything is wrong with it or what could be improved. https://www.thermofisher.com/antibody/product/MAP2-Antibody-Polyclonal/PA1-10005 this antibody worked great for WB and IHC-P, IHC-C, IHC-whole mount.
