It's really difficult to identify a plant only by his leaves! You have more pictures of the rest of the plant? What kind of structures used to climb: tendrils, sticky roots, claws...? It climbs like Hedera, it hangs as a Epipremnum or just growing in the crevices of a cliff. Describes the habitat, geographic location on the planet where you have collected the plant and if you think it is native or could escape from landscaping. Maybe with this information you will find more accurate identification. Cheers!
Il est difficile de donner un nom à cette espèce, il est probable que ça soit effectivement une aracée ou une convolvulacée mais il est important de compléter les caractères physiques de l'espèce en nous indiquant d'autres organes telle que la fleur et la graine.
Dear Patel, for plant identification only leaves are not the criterion, we need whole specimen with flowers as well
this type of leaves also found in trees and shrubs as well not only in climbers, so kindly share a whole specimen picture for correct identification...
Sorry, but I believe it is impossible to identify a plant, especially in terms of espèce, only by his leaves. Your plant is similar to Araceae or Convolvulaceae, but t's really difficult to say only by his photos leaves.
Can't say much with just a picture of a leaf. Need images of the plant with stem, flowers and fruits. Also other info like habitat and elevation. Possibly an Araceae.
I'd guess some species of Ipomoea. Pigmentation of the primary leaf vein at the base of the leaf is seen also in sweet potato. The venation pattern is in any case not compatible with Araceae.
I totaly agree with you Thomas Marcussen sir. It is ipomoea species. I have little information about this plant. In next monsoon, i will collect whole information about this plant.
It is difficult to identify plants with such characters like shape, size or colour of a leaf, unless the leaf is so distinct from normal leaves. If you think it is Convolvlaceae, try for some species of Arygeria. Arygeria has similar leaves.
For me it looks like a member of Araceae family. May be from genus Raphidophora? Could you please add the whole plant image? If there is any sheath it will help.
Rasmita Sari, i don't know species and genus. I also interested in this plant species. I have little information about this plant. Next monsoon, when i collect whole information about this plant, i will share it
