From which host species are these blood smear samples? Bat or rodent? The genus? This information might help someone give you an accurate diagnosis.

the images provided are of poor quality and do not allow any clear identification of the parasite details. It could be an Apicomplexan emogragarine, but higher magnification images are needed. Diagnostic can be made by molecular DNA analysis with PCR and suitable primers. Literature data on emoparasites of bats also include Bartonella spp. bacteria and microfilariae.

In my opinion probably the parasite belongs to Genus  Plasmodium, perhaps

P. berghei although the pics are't adequate for a clear diagnosis. 

Sorry the images are of poor quality and do not allow identification. Could you send images of higher magnification and resolution. What is the host bat or rodent?

I suggest you to do in vivo cultivation in balb/c and in vitro in RPMI culture specific for Plasmodium, for obtaining more detailes.
