The British Psychological Society might be an idea - and the two outlets I can think of are The Division of Health Psychology (https://www.bps.org.uk/events/conferences/division-health-psychology-annual-conference) or the Qualitative Methods Section (https://www.bps.org.uk/events/conferences/qualitative-methods-psychology-section-bi-annual-conference-2017).  For the Health Psychology conference poster submissions are still being welcomed, but unfortunately you have missed the deadline for the Qualitative Methods in Psychology Section's annual conference, though it may be one to keep in mind for the future!

You might try the annual Qualitative Health Research Conference associated with the International Institute for Qualitative Methodology. The deadline is still open to submit abstracts for their October 2017 conference in Quebec.

Thank you for reminding me of this conference David Morgan. I have participated in one of QHR conferences 10 years ago and remember they made space for discussion - I think it will be a good place to present.
