Can I store dilutions of MG-132 in medium overnight?

Hi!

Hope any of you with experience in using the proteasome inhibitor MG-132 can help me. I am planning on using the inhibitor for my experiment, but am uncertain which treatment time and concentration to use on my cells, so I would like to treat the cells at different time points.

Is it possible to store dilutions made in medium overnight in the fridge? Or should I prepare fresh dilutions each day?
