Alfred Hager and Jan Mueller, at the Deutsches Herzzentrum, do a lot of work with quality of life in CHD patients of all ages. Not sure if QoL is precisely the outcome you're looking for but I think they do have data on other psychological conditions like depression; and they're always glad to share papers.
