Hello

I have been working with huvec.

When I split huvec cells to new cell dishes, I change pipet aid

to prevent trypsin mixing with medium in the medium bottle.

But I do not change suction tip.

At first, I suck up old 20% m199 and after treatment of 0% m199 for washing,

I suck up 0% m199 and then treat trypsin and then suck up trypsin.

After that I treat new trypsin again and then suck up this trypsin.

After confirming detachment of the huvec cells, I harvest the cells in

50ml tube and seed cells after resuspension.

During the process described above, I do not

change suctin tip. I think changing sunction tip is not necessary because

suction is just for removing medium and trypsin

But I am not sure whether suction tip should be changed

step by step. (I anchor pipet tip at the end of the suction tool during huvec works)

Thank you!
