Respected researchers,I have seen single zigzag xrd peak for pure PVC and increased zigzag pick with addition of little quantity of malachite green.But at higher concentration of malachite green signal peak divided into two peaks.I think it may cause of malachite green structure.
Am I right or not? Your suggestions are most welcome for another possible resion.

This statement is nonsense. XRD cannot be used to calculate or even estimate particle size.

when continously adding 'malachite green' to PVC the change in the XRD pattern is due to that material.
Pure PVC is an amorphous material and shows a broad peak, often the called as 'amorphous hump'. The 'zigzag' structure on top of this hump is the signal noise, which is due to the statistical behavior of the photon counting principle.
The appearance of two broad peaks on top of the PVC's hump indicates, that your 'malachite green' might also be quite amorphous. You should have added a 2theta scale or even share a real measured set of XRD pattern.
I am not familiar with the chemistry of 'malachite green'; so I do not know whether your 'malachite green' is amorphous or crystalline (or at least partly crystalline).
Nevertheless, from the widths of these two peaks relative to that of the PVC's hump I deduce that your 'malachite green' is in an amorphous state.
But even in the case of much smaller widths, which will arise from the crystalline state of your 'malachite green', you cannot gather informations of the particle size, as already mentioned by Alan F Rawle .
Via XRD you will have access to the 'crystallite size', which even in the case of nano-particles is different from 'particle size'.

From a XRD pattern one can say about the phase purity, and by identifying the peaks from standard JCPDS data file one can estimated the lattice parameters to calculate the average crystallite size, average crystallite volume, etc. As the XRD pattern was influenced by the malachite green (MG) concentration that means the material was able to adsorb MG which influences the peak positions or peak intensity. Please verify the efficiency of the material to absorb MG. You may run FESEM and EDS analyses to establish the absorbing phenomenon.
I can say this as per my experience.
