if you have a particular protein in mind and you know its aminoacid sequence make an aligment (clustal) with its mammalian homologs... if you have some stretches of identical (or near identical) aminoacid then you have a chance to get cross reactivity... and just try... some providers indicate if the antibody (mainly monoclonals) cross reacts with other species... (but I guess rarely for crustacean). Biology is an experimental science so... just try. The others (longer but surer) ways would be; 1 to express your crustacean protein in E coli, purify it and make antibodies by injecting in rabbit or mice or... 2 from its aminoacid sequence you can get an antipeptide antibody (lots of companies are able to do that... )
To add to Didier's answer, you can initially check for cross-reactivity by performing a dot blot, which will give you your answer more quickly and easily than a western blot. You can include other proteins as controls (BSA, for instance) to check for specificity.
