We want to test specificity of our probe for targeting CD20 but I don't have Jurkat cells or MOLT-4 cells for negative control. I have E.G7-OVA cell(mouse T cell lymphoma). Can we use E.G7-OVA as negative control? Do anyone has related article about this?

Is it wise to use only a single cell line to assess a probe for CD20?
If your probe is ever to become a radiopharmaceutical for in human in vivo use, nuclear physicians will demand more than that.

Mr. Judocus Borm: I also use Ramos and RPMI 1788 cell. I will use E.G7-OVA as negative control
I know that the answer is not in the paper but the guy could answer your question anyhow
