Can we use a vacuum system to dry the enzyme solution or some other means like blowing with nitrogen?

We are working on ZnO nanostructure based biosensor. We want to get the immobilization of the Glucose oxidase. The dia. of the ZnO nanorods ranges from 60-100nm.

Hello. we have worked with ZnO for biosensing. You can use N2 flow but smoothly to dry vapour onto ZnO. We have never tried vacuum.
