We are working on ZnO nanostructure based biosensor. We want to get the immobilization of the Glucose oxidase. The dia. of the ZnO nanorods ranges from 60-100nm.

Hello. we have worked with ZnO for biosensing. You can use N2 flow but smoothly to dry vapour onto ZnO. We have never tried vacuum.
